Congress Services Ltd. was established in 1998 and specializes in the technical provision of international events, congresses, conferences, seminars, business meetings and hybrid events in Sofia, throughout Bulgaria and abroad. The company provides professional equipment compliant with international and EU standards and works with qualified audio and video specialists.
Its equipment includes BOSCH digital and infrared simultaneous interpretation systems with up to 32 channels, discussion and microphone systems, soundproof interpreter booths, voting systems, professional sound equipment, wired and wireless microphones, audio and video recording systems, multimedia projectors, screens, plasma and LCD displays and video walls.
Congress Services also provides equipment for hybrid events and live streaming, computers and laptops, printers and copying equipment, stages, lecterns, furniture, lighting and conference design. The company has its own transport.
Its portfolio includes events related to the Bulgarian Presidency of the Council of the EU in 2018, the Parliamentary Assembly of the Black Sea Economic Cooperation in 2025, medical congresses, as well as events organized by state institutions, the European Commission, embassies and international companies.
