The Armenian Apostolic Church “Holy Mother of God” in Sofia is a temple of the Armenian Apostolic Church. Construction began on February 11, 2011, and by spring 2015 the exterior up to the domes was completed. Interior work continued afterward.
The church now functions as an active place of worship for the Armenian community in the capital, celebrating major feasts such as Christmas and Easter.
It reflects the long tradition of Armenian Christianity and serves as a cultural and spiritual center for Armenians in Sofia.
