Founded in 1944, the Union is in fact the result of over half a century of historical experience of Bulgarian artists to build an organization that would defend their rights and build the necessary cultural infrastructure to ensure a normal artistic life.The building at 6 Shipka Street in Sofia has been the home of the Union of Bulgarian Artists from 1972 to the present day, and our main exhibition halls are also located here, which are located on the 1st and 2nd floors.
