Gallery + 359, founded in 2017, annually organizes eight exhibitions in its main space, which is in the building of a preserved water tower in the Lozenets District of Sofia. The tower was designed in 1903 by the German engineer Franz Saalbach. Completed in 1929, it was built on the highest point in Lozenets based on a French system for building water towers with reinforced concrete and brickwork. The building has four floors, one ground floor, and a reservoir, which is now a place for special projects, is 27 m with a volume of 100 cubic meters. The Gallery is engaged in creating and curating initiatives in the field of contemporary art together with partner organizations, such as the Telelink Contemporary Art Awards Project, the first edition of which took place in 2019.
