National Gallery / Square 500

Square 500 is the newest branch and the largest building of the National Gallery. It was opened on May 25, 2015.

In 28 halls on four levels, 1,700 works by Bulgarian and foreign artists from the gallery's rich collection, which numbers nearly 45,000 museum items, are exhibited. Temporary exhibitions are presented in some of the halls.

For guests of the events in the atrium or the panoramic hall, a guided tour of the exhibition is offered in Bulgarian and English.
