“From the Waist Down” is a comedy by Emil Markov and Rumen Dimitrov telling the story of three very different men waiting for an appointment with a urologist. The waiting room gradually becomes a place for unexpected confessions, as the characters begin discussing things that usually remain unspoken and confronting their own fears.
It soon becomes clear, however, that their biggest problem is not actually “from the waist down”. An unexpected event changes their lives forever, while this humorous, self-ironic and candid story shows that sometimes laughter really is the best medicine.
